Physical Therapy professionals in practice, APTA members, potential members, students, instructors and researchers, and the professional community.

Accuracy.
Continuing education offerings may have appeared in, or are adapted from the following sources: PT--Magazine of Physical Therapy; APTA's "In Touch." Both are professional publications from APTA.

Objectivity.
Courses have clinical, academic and research orientation, and credentials of author are given. This site contains no advertising, with the exception of organizational membership information.

Browser and other concerns.
Loads well and is easy to navigate. Contains several links detailing definitions of continuing education, criteria for APTA State or Chapter approvals, and email contact for questions is provided.

Continuing Education.
Five courses (2.0 contact hours each) are provided at this time as part of the "APTA Online Continuing Ed Series." Full text is available for viewing at no charge, fees for post-test and certificate ($15 members, $21 non-members). Objectives are clearly stated, and additional resources are listed. Approved provider by the National Athletic Trainers Association, and certified by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Home study courses are also available from this site.
